Know what matters next. Not what to add to your list.
Mini Me OS turns scattered captures, tasks, projects, goals, routines and daily reviews into one connected system that tells you what to do today, what's quietly stuck, and what can honestly wait.
Free while we finish billing. No card. Real account, real data, real privacy.
What matters now
You planned 5h of tasks but only have 2h free today.
Mini Me recommends a simpler plan.
Why: today's biggest blocks are Design review and Coffee with Anna.
Finish the product page
Why: It is important. Its deadline is close.
"Webshop launch" has no next action.
Why: Without a next step, projects stall.
"Run a 10K" has no task yet.
Why: Goals only move when something is planned.

Three themes ship in-app: light, dark, and pink. Switch in Settings.
You don't need another place to write down tasks. You need to know which one is the right one to do next.
A list answers what. Mini Me OS answers what's next.
Your tasks are not the system. Your direction is. Mini Me OS connects Capture, Tasks, Projects, Goals, Routines and Review so one screen — Today — can quietly answer the questions every list leaves open.
- What is the most important thing right now?
- Where am I quietly stuck?
- What deserves today's attention?
- What can honestly wait?
- Which goal has no next step?
- Is my plan even realistic today?
One screen tells you what to do first. Not twelve modules to choose from.
Open Mini Me OS and you land on Today. Above everything else, one card answers "what now?" — the smart planning engine picks the right task by weighing priority, deadline, your energy, the goal it serves and the time you actually have.
A primary recommendation, with a reason.
Every Today opens with one task and one why. Not a wall of options.
Three honest buckets.
Do first · Do next · If there's time. Mini Me decides what fits where, you keep editing.
Filter the day, not the list.
Quick wins, low-energy mode and Simplify-my-day re-rank the same plan instead of just hiding rows.
What matters now
Start with: Finish the product page.
It's important · its deadline is close · it supports your active goal.
If your plan feels wrong
Twelve modules, one connected system.
Each module exists because the engine needs the data it carries. Mini Me OS notices when something is missing across them and surfaces it as one polite, one-tap-fixable signal.
Stuck project, with no next step
A project that hasn't moved in days — and the one missing line that would unblock it.
Lonely goal, with no work attached
A goal you wrote and forgot — Mini Me offers to create the first small step.
Routine you keep missing
Three skips in a row and Mini Me asks: make it easier, or fewer days?
Capture pile-up
Notes that never became tasks. Mini Me reminds you, in plain English.
Big task that should be split
A two-hour task lingering on Today. One tap turns it into three small steps.
Stressful week, gentler plan
High stress score on yesterday's review tilts tomorrow toward lighter, low-energy work.

Less vague overload.More "you only have 2h free today."
Paste a private iCal URL (Google, Apple, Outlook — read-only) and Mini Me knows how much free time you actually have. The day's overload warning becomes a real number, not a feeling.
We only read events for the next 7 days. We never write back. Disconnect any time in Settings — both URL and cached events are deleted.
Ask Mini Me — when AI earns the click.
The Assistant module has six preset questions plus three AI-assisted actions. Smart add and Break into steps live next to the buttons you'd press anyway; Explain today's plan lives on the Assistant page. Each one shows a preview before anything saves, and falls back to a rule-based version when the AI is slow or unavailable.
Smart add
On Today and Capture
"Call Fanny tomorrow, finish the Shopify page, prepare the sample feedback."
One sentence in. AI splits it into separate tasks, goals, projects or routines with priorities and dates. You confirm before they save.
Break into steps
In the Task editor
"Launch the new pricing page."
Big task in. AI proposes 3 to 6 concrete subtasks you can finish in under an hour each. You pick which ones to keep.
Explain today's plan
On the Assistant page
Today has 6 tasks, 1 stuck project, 2h free.
Reads your live Today snapshot and writes a short paragraph: what to do first, what can wait, what needs attention.
AI runs on Google's Gemini API. Mini Me OS only sends the specific text you typed — never your full task list, your email, or your goals. Read the AI disclosure for the exact data flow.
Onboarded into a system, not an empty file.
Six short steps. About a minute. By the end Mini Me has your first task, your first goal with a starting step, your first routine, and your planning preferences — so Today is meaningful immediately.

How to guide

Tell us your priority cap, your usual focused time, your energy baseline.
What matters
Add one task, one goal, one routine. Just enough to start.
First plan

Go
Land on a Today screen that already knows you, not an empty dashboard.
What the product actually does.
How is this different from a todo app?+
A todo app stores tasks. Mini Me OS connects tasks, projects, goals, routines and your calendar — then tells you which task is actually the right one to do next, and which goal you forgot to plan a step for.
What does the AI actually do?+
Three things, only when you press a button: Smart add splits one sentence into structured items, Break into steps proposes subtasks for a big task, and Explain today's plan writes a short paragraph about your day. Nothing else calls the AI. Output is always a preview you confirm.
What does the calendar sync read?+
Only your events for the next 7 days, via a private iCal URL you paste yourself. Read-only. We never write back. Disconnect in Settings deletes the URL and the cached events.
Where does my data live?+
In a Supabase Postgres database, with row-level security policies that scope every read and write to your account. We do not sell it, do not show ads, and you can export and delete everything from Settings.
How much does it cost today?+
Free while we finish billing. There will be Free, Pro and Max plans — pricing is documented but not yet collectable. We will not start charging without asking you first.
Can I install it on my phone or build my own automations?+
Yes to both. Mini Me OS is a Progressive Web App — Add to Home Screen on iOS, one-tap install on Android Chrome, full-screen and offline-aware. On Max you can also build "when X, then Y" automations (overdue task → push, stuck project → surface on Today, etc.). Free + Pro still get the seeded 8 a.m. morning recap.
Less sorting. More knowing.
Six steps to set up. One screen to use. A clearer way to run your day.
