Automation Builder is real

Build rules in plain English: "When [trigger], then [action]." Push when a task slips. Surface a stuck project on Today. Send the morning recap at 8 a.m. local time.
Seven triggers shipped (daily, weekly, overdue tasks, stuck projects, stalled goals, missed routines, skipped daily review). Two actions in V1 — send a push or surface on Today's attention list.
Max-tier feature. The morning recap stays a seeded rule that fires for every tier — Free + Pro keep their 8 a.m. push, they just can't author new rules.
Replaces the single morning-push cron with one unified scheduler — clearer logs, one place to look when something's off.

A microphone button on Capture. Tap once, speak, tap again to stop — the transcript drops into the textarea and Smart Add does the rest.
Chrome, Edge, Safari and Opera use the browser's own speech engine. Free for every tier, fully on-device.
Pro and Max unlock a Gemini fallback so Firefox and in-app webviews work too.
Speaks four languages out of the box — follows the workspace's locale setting.

Mini Me as a real app

Install on iPhone / iPad via Add to Home Screen, or one-tap on Android Chrome. Full-screen, no browser bar.
Push notifications when it matters: a quiet morning recap at 8 a.m. local time with what to start with today. Toggle in Settings → Notifications.
Offline mode kicks in after the first visit — open Mini Me on the metro, see your latest plan, type into Capture. Writes flush when you're back online.
The whole shell now respects iOS safe areas and renders edge-to-edge behind the notch and home indicator.

Share a workspace

On Pro and Max: invite a teammate by copy-link. Open Settings → Workspace, hit Invite teammate, send the link via Slack / iMessage / however.
Members see the same tasks, projects, goals and routines and can create + edit. Only the owner can delete or remove members — calm by default.
Your own solo workspace works exactly as before. Switching between solo and shared workspaces is one tap in the user menu.
Billing for extra seats goes live with Stripe; no card is charged yet.

A command palette and a focus timer

Cmd / Ctrl + K opens a global palette from anywhere in the app — add a task, jump to a module, start a focus block, no clicking needed. Now on every tier, in your language.
Recent commands stick around so the next visit lands where you left off.
Max users get the new Focus module — classic 25 / 5 / 15 Pomodoro blocks, with completed sessions persisted so the Energy & Focus Patterns analytics on Pro can see when you're actually doing the work.
Energy patterns shows three small charts: 30-day energy trend, hours-of-day you finish tasks, and a scatter of energy vs. output. Builds quietly from data you already log.

Mini Me in your language

Switch the dashboard to Dutch, German, French or English in Settings → Language.
Sidebar, navigation, page titles, filter chips, Today / Tasks / Capture content all follow.
Some deeper page copy is still English while we translate the long tail; the language picker is honest about it.

A warmer canvas, sharper hairlines

The light-mode page background moved from a near-white #F6F4ED to a slightly deeper, more neutral #F2F0EB. Reads as a deliberate off-white instead of a too-bright sheet.
Hairline borders switched from a warm beige to a neutral stone grey so card edges actually hold against the new bg.
Three themes ship: light, dark, and a soft cherry-blossom pink. The homepage preview shows all three at once, sliced diagonally across one mockup.
