One screen. One question. A clear answer.
Mini Me OS does not store more tasks. It connects everything you already have and quietly answers: which one is the right one to do next?
Capture what's on your mind.
One input on Today (and a dedicated Capture page) takes any sentence — a task, a worry, a goal, a half-thought. Save it as is, or hit Smart add and the AI splits it into separate items you confirm before they save.
| Input | "Call Fanny tomorrow, finish the Shopify page, prepare the sample feedback" |
| Output | 3 tasks · 1 with due date tomorrow · 1 marked important · all preview-confirmed |
| Source | AI suggestion (Gemini) — falls back to a rule-based parser when no key is set |
Mini Me ranks your day, with reasons.
The planning engine scores every open task on priority, due date, energy, the goal it serves and the time you actually have. Today opens with one primary recommendation — the task plus a one-line reason why it's first.
| Headline | Start with: Finish the product page. |
| Reason | It's important · its deadline is close · it supports your active goal. |
| Buckets | Do first · Do next · If there's time — re-rankable with Quick wins / Low energy filters |
It knows your real free time.
Connect a private iCal URL (Google, Apple, Outlook) and Mini Me caches the next 7 days of events. Overload is no longer a vibe — it is a number. "5h planned vs 2h free today" replaces "you planned a lot".
| Planned tasks | 5h |
| Free time today (work-day window minus meetings) | 2h |
| Today says | You planned 5h of tasks but only have 2h free today. Mini Me recommends a simpler plan. |
Cross-module signals find what's quietly stuck.
The same engine watches your projects, goals, routines and capture inbox. A project with no next action, a goal with no work attached, a routine you've skipped three times, a five-thought capture backlog — they each surface on Today as one polite, one-tap-fixable signal.
"Webshop launch" hasn't moved in days.
"Run a 10K" has no task yet.
"Evening reset" — make it easier?
5 thoughts still sitting in Capture.
AI helps where it earns the click.
Three places only. Smart add splits a sentence into items. Break into steps proposes 3-6 subtasks for a big task. Explain today's plan writes a short paragraph about your day. Each one shows a preview before anything is saved, and falls back to a rule-based version if the AI is unavailable.
| Smart add | Today + Capture — multi-item split, due-date and priority detection |
| Break into steps | Inside the task editor — 3 to 6 concrete subtasks |
| Explain today's plan | Assistant page — short summary of your live Today snapshot |
| Provider | Google's Gemini API. Only the specific text you typed is sent. |
Twelve modules. One connected system.
Each module exists because the engine needs it. Together they answer the questions a single list can't.
