Terms of Service

These terms describe what Mini Me OS does, what you can expect from it, and what we expect from you. They are written in plain language. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer.

The short version

• Mini Me OS is a personal productivity service: it stores tasks, projects, goals, routines and reviews against your account, and helps you decide what to do today.
• You own the content you enter. We only use it to run the service for you.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Delete is real, not a "soft" delete.
• Pro and Max are listed prices, but billing is not yet connected. Today, Mini Me OS is free to use.
• AI features are assistive: previews, suggestions. Nothing changes in your account until you confirm.

1. The service

Mini Me OS (the "Service") is the application at mini-me-os.me. It includes the dashboard modules (Today, Capture, Tasks, Projects, Goals, Routines, Focus, Email, Review, Assistant, Automations and Settings), the Progressive Web App install + offline experience, push notifications, the opt-in Calendar and Gmail integrations, and any API endpoints those modules call. We may add, change or remove features over time. Material changes will be communicated in the changelog or inside the app.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be old enough to enter into a contract for online services where you live. By creating an account you confirm that you are providing accurate information and that you will keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

3. What you put into the service

You keep ownership of the content you enter — your tasks, projects, goals, routines, reviews, captures, decisions and any other workspace data. By using the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display that content for the sole purpose of running the service for you. We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mini Me OS to:

• Break the law, infringe somebody else's rights, or store content that is illegal where you live.
• Try to break into other accounts, bypass row-level security, or probe the service for vulnerabilities outside of a responsible-disclosure flow (see the Security page).
• Abuse the AI features by submitting harmful or grossly off-topic content with the intent to overload the system.
• Resell or re-package the service to third parties without our written agreement.

We may suspend or close accounts that are used in ways that fall under those bullets.

5. AI features

Mini Me OS includes a small set of opt-in AI-assisted features (Smart Add, "Break into steps", "Explain today's plan", "Break a project into tasks", and on Pro and Max a Voice → text fallback for browsers without on-device speech recognition). They send only the specific text you submitted to our AI provider and return suggestions. The output is shown as a preview. Mini Me OS only creates or modifies data in your account after you click the confirm button in that preview. AI suggestions can be wrong; you remain responsible for what you save and what you act on. 6. Plans and pricing

Mini Me OS has three documented plans: Free, Pro (€9/month or €90/year), and Max (€19/month or €190/year). Shared workspaces are billed per active member on the owner's plan. Today, billing is not yet connected — the Service is provided at no cost while we finish that integration. We will not start charging a plan without (a) clearly communicating the change in the app and (b) asking you to confirm and provide payment details. Plan upgrades, downgrades, refunds and cancellations will be governed by the billing terms posted before billing goes live; this section will be updated at that time.

7. Account data, export and deletion

From Settings you can:

• Download my data — exports your workspace as a JSON file.
• Reset all my data — wipes the content of your workspace (tasks, projects, goals, routines, captures, reviews, decisions). Your account, your settings and the default templates stay.
• Delete account — irreversibly removes every row tied to your account in our workspace tables, then deletes the authentication user itself, freeing the email to be re-registered. Operational logs at our infrastructure providers may persist for a short window per their own retention policies.

Both Reset and Delete are confirmed with an explicit dialog before they run.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the service up and running. We do not promise specific uptime numbers because Mini Me OS is built on third-party infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase) and inherits whatever they provide. If the service is unavailable for an extended period, get in touch via the contact form.

9. No guarantee of outcomes

Mini Me OS helps you plan and decide. It does not guarantee that you will finish your tasks, achieve your goals, build routines, or feel less overwhelmed. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) €100 or (b) the amount you have paid Mini Me OS in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including lost data or lost profits, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the Service and these terms. For material changes to these terms we will post the updated version here and bump the "Last updated" date at the top. If you have an account you will see the change announced inside the app.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country still apply.
