We have not connected Stripe yet. Every signup gets the full product — the engine, every module, AI via Gemini, Calendar Sync, the works. When billing goes live we will publish the billing terms in the app, email you first, and never start a charge without your explicit confirmation.

Billing isn't live yet. While we finish payments, every plan is free for everyone — the table above describes what each tier will include when billing goes live. Existing accounts keep what they already have. No retroactive removal.

Why is it free right now?+
We have not connected Stripe yet. Rather than ship a fake paywall, we left the product fully usable until billing is ready. We would rather collect no money than collect it deceptively.
When does billing go live?+
No public date yet. We will announce it in the app and on /changelog before any cards are charged. The Free plan will stay free permanently.
Will the Free plan disappear when Pro/Max launch?+
No. Free is permanent. It includes the engine, the AI features (during beta — see above) and Calendar Sync — the things the product is actually about. Pro and Max add depth, not access.
What happens to my data when prices change?+
Nothing is deleted. If you choose not to upgrade, you keep your data and everything in the Free tier. Export from Settings any time as JSON.
How will billing be handled when it goes live?+
Through Stripe — same provider used by most modern SaaS. We will publish the billing terms before any charge runs, and we will email you before the first one.
How are shared-workspace seats priced?+
Per seat. Every active member of a shared workspace is one seat on the owner's plan — Pro is €9 / seat / month, Max is €19 / seat / month. The owner pays the bill; members can be on any tier of their own (including Free) and still participate. Per-seat billing goes live with Stripe; nothing is charged today.
